Power Protein Cafe Mocha


  • 8 oz drip coffee
  • ⅓ cup nondairy milk
  • 1-2 scoops collagen or bone broth protein (chocolate)
  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate chips, flavored or plain (optional)
  • 1 scoop creatine (5mg-optional)
  • 5-6 drops of chocolate or vanilla liquid stevia (optional)


  1. Pour the heated coffee into a blender.
  2. Heat the milk in a small pot or microwave until just warm. Add to the blender with remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and frothy (about 15 seconds).
