I can access a lot of free workouts online. Why should I have to pay for a workout?
Rev32 Online is more than just a workout. It is a wellness program designed to help you with your long-term fitness and nutrition goals. Rev32 workouts are led by certified professional trainers with over 10 years of experience working with clients of all fitness levels. The workouts are unique to any other free online workout because we have YOU in mind! All workouts can be modified or progressed in real-time according to your abilities and goals. You will begin and end with a proper warm-up and cool down and guided on form throughout the entire workout. This enables us to make sure you avoid injury and maximize your results.
How do these sessions work? Are they On Demand or will I just do the workout when I can?
You will work out live, in real-time, on Zoom with others in the program. We cap your group number between 6-8 so that you get attention and focus from your coach. You will pick a time from our schedule for your workouts. If you miss one, your coach can send you a recording of the session so you can complete it on your own. But ideally, workouts are best done live so you get immediate feedback from your coach.
Do I have to choose the same workout time every day? Or can I come when it works with my schedule?
Ideally, you will pick times that work best with your schedule and attend your regular classes. This helps you build camaraderie with your group. There may be room in other classes to change if your schedule changes, as we try to be flexible without overloading our sessions. You can pick different times each day if you wish: for instance, you can do early mornings on Mondays and evenings on Tuesdays. We just ask that you try to stick with those consistent times once you pick them.
I have an injury. Will I be able to do the workouts?
Yes. Our coaches are experienced and able to work around injuries. We ask that you talk with your coach before the program starts so they can customize your program accordingly.
I have not worked out in months…or years! I am afraid it will be too much.
While our workouts are done in a small group setting, everyone gets coaching specific to their fitness level. If you are new or returning to fitness, your coach will help you manage the workout to progressively build strength without injury. This is not a one-size-fits-all workout.
Do you provide meal plans? Can you just tell me what to eat so I can go buy it?
Rev32 is a program that teaches you lifelong nutrition habits. Everyone has unique nutritional needs and we work with you to determine what macronutrients YOU should be eating while teaching you how to plan your days to eat what you like while staying within your macronutrient goals. We provide some ideas on how to shop and prepare food, but ultimately this is a learning process for you. You must be ready to try something new and learn new skills along the way. The nutritional element of this program is the KEY to seeing body composition changes, including losing weight and gaining muscle. We will teach you everything you need to know and be available for questions and support.
What do I need to participate?
All participants will need:
- Internet access to join our workouts and weekly educational sessions via Zoom.
- A small space to complete the workouts and be visible to your coach on Zoom.
- A willingness and desire to change your habits and try new things.
- MyFitnessPal app. You can download the app or use the web version online.
How does this differ from other online weight loss programs?
Rev32 Online is unlike any other program you have experienced. We have combined effective small group training, personalized nutritional support and a bit of habit shifting to create a results-driven program designed to improve your health and wellness. You get to set your own goals and work in a collaborative, supportive small group to achieve them. Other programs have one or maybe two of these components. Our program is specifically designed for YOU to transform your habits and ultimately your life through education, nutritional support, and safe and effective workouts.
What equipment do I need to participate?
Ideally, you will have a light, medium, and heavy weight, or some resistance bands available to use during the workouts. Your coach will reach out to you before the session starts to do an inventory of what you have on hand. If you need additional weights, we will help you secure those. For beginners, the first 3 weeks can be done with only your bodyweight resistance. As you progress, you can add weights if you wish. Your coach will monitor your progress and make suggestions along the way.
What fitness level do I need to be to participate?
Rev32 Online is geared for all fitness levels. Whether you are new to fitness or looking to take your fitness to the next level, our individualized and progressive program will customize every workout and every nutrition plan to meet your needs and reach your goals.
